What is the difference between Lite and Business?
Lite is the operation: dispatch, live tracking, proof of delivery, public tracking and operational reports for 3 vehicles and 5 drivers. Business adds the money side — quotations, invoicing, the finance console, COD and credit control, maintenance, driver payroll, card payments and the FCMD Connect carrier network — for 10 vehicles and 15 drivers.
What does Enterprise add on top of Business?
The organizational layer: branches and sub-branches, internal teams with scoped access, a staff directory with attendance, OT and allowances, employee payroll with HR → Finance approvals and EPF/ETF handling, consolidated analytics across branches, audit exports and priority support — for 30 vehicles, 50 drivers and 10 business units.
Is there a plan with no limits?
No. Every plan states its vehicle, driver, manager seat, business unit and branch caps up front, and the platform enforces them. If you outgrow Enterprise, talk to us and we will size a package with you.
What is FCMD Connect?
Our carrier network. If you cannot fulfil a job yourself, broadcast it and other vetted carriers can quote and take it — and you can accept jobs from shippers outside your own customer base. Available on Business and Enterprise. Cash-on-delivery jobs are not routed through the network.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Billing. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades show an impact preview first and take effect at the end of the current period, and nothing you have already recorded is removed.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Every new workspace starts on a 7-day trial so you can run real jobs before paying. If our team is running a pilot with you, we can extend a longer pilot period on the Business plan from our side.
What payment methods are supported?
Sri Lanka customers pay via PayHere (card, bank, mobile). International customers pay via Stripe. A saved card is used for monthly auto-renewal.
