Getting started

Get from signup to first dispatched trip in about ten minutes.

1. Create your workspace

Go to /signup/start, pick a workspace name and upload your business registration. Most workspaces are approved within one business day; you can explore the dashboard while you wait.

2. Invite your team

From Settings → Invites, mint one-time invite links for dispatchers, accountants and managers. Each link can be assigned a role and expires on first use.

3. Add vehicles and drivers

Open Fleet → Vehicles to add lorries and assign per-vehicle km/litre and pricing. Then open Fleet → Drivers to onboard drivers with their licence numbers and expiry dates.

4. Onboard your first client

Add a client from Clients, set their payment terms, and either invite them to the portal or accept trip requests on their behalf.

5. Dispatch your first trip

Create a trip request, accept the auto-generated quote, pick a vehicle from the suggestions and assign a driver. Drivers see the job in the Android app and start streaming GPS instantly.
