By accessing or using the FreightCMD platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your organisation. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
2. Service description
FreightCMD provides software for dispatch, live tracking, quotation and invoicing. We are not a carrier — actual transport is performed by the operator and their drivers.
3. Quotes & pricing
Quotes are generated from fuel prices, distance and configured pricing rules. Prices may be re-calculated when material inputs change; the client is notified and may need to re-accept.
4. Subscriptions, trials & billing
FreightCMD is sold as a monthly subscription across the Starter, Growth and Enterprise plans. A 7-day free trial is available on the Starter and Growth plans only; the Enterprise plan is not offered on a free trial. A trial is not a paid subscription and confers no purchased entitlement.
- Sri Lankan workspaces are billed in LKR via PayHere; other regions are billed in USD via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
- Converting from a trial to a paid plan starts a new billing period and is charged in full for the chosen plan.
- Late or failed payments may suspend access until the balance is settled.
5. White-label add-on (Enterprise only)
The white-label add-on is available exclusively to Enterprise customers and is billed on top of the Enterprise subscription. It consists of a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly add-on fee, priced in USD. Once purchased, the add-on can only be cancelled by contacting our team. If an add-on payment fails, the associated white-labelled apps may be suspended and shown as "under construction" while we contact you to resolve payment; unresolved accounts may have their published apps removed from app stores.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, hazardous or restricted cargo without the proper permits.
- No attempts to break, probe or overload the platform.
- No misuse of GPS data or other users' information.
7. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or for non-payment.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colombo.
