1. Coverage
We provide road freight services across Sri Lanka. Coverage outside the main road network may be subject to surcharge or unavailability — confirmed at quote time.
2. Vehicles
Available vehicle types include vans, light trucks, medium and heavy lorries and refrigerated units (where indicated). The dispatched vehicle is selected based on cargo weight, volume and availability.
3. Scheduling & ETA
ETAs are estimates based on distance and typical conditions. Traffic, weather, regulatory checks and force majeure events may affect actual arrival times.
4. Cargo rules
- Cargo must be legally transportable and properly packed.
- Dangerous goods require prior disclosure and may require special handling at additional cost.
- The client is responsible for accurate weight, dimensions and contents.
5. Loading & unloading
Unless agreed in writing, loading and unloading are the responsibility of the client. Excessive wait time at pickup or drop may incur detention charges.
6. Liability for goods
Cover for goods in transit is limited to amounts disclosed at booking. The client is encouraged to arrange additional cargo insurance for high-value shipments.
7. Proof of delivery
Status updates and digital proof of delivery (signature or photo) are captured in-app where available and shared with the client on request.
