Subscription plans

Workspaces start on a 14-day trial of the Growth plan. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings → Billing. See current pricing on the pricing page.

Invoicing your clients

When a trip closes, FreightCMD issues an invoice using the client's payment terms (e.g. Net 7, Net 30). Invoices carry your workspace branding, logo and colours. Each invoice gets a PDF export and a public payment link.

Accepting payment

• Sri Lankan customers (LKR) — PayHere popup right inside the dashboard. Cards, bank transfer and mobile wallets.
• International customers — Stripe checkout for cards.
• Cash on Delivery — drivers can mark cash collected from the mobile app.

Reconciliation

Confirmed webhooks from PayHere and Stripe auto-settle the matching invoice. The Payments page lists every settled, pending and failed payment with a full audit trail.
