Adding a vehicle

From Fleet → Vehicles → New, add the registration, capacity (kg), km/litre, vehicle type and per-km override (if any). Upload registration and insurance documents — FreightCMD will warn you ahead of expiry.

Adding a driver

From Fleet → Drivers → New, enter name, phone, licence number and licence expiry. The driver receives an SMS with a one-time setup link for the Android app.

The driver app

The FreightCMD Driver app (Android) is the driver's only interface: today's jobs, navigation handoff, status updates, GPS streaming and cash-collected confirmation. It works offline and syncs when back online.

Compliance guardrails

• Drivers with expired licences are blocked from new assignments.
• Vehicles missing valid insurance can't be quoted.
• All document changes are versioned and audited.
